YOUR ROLE



This position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day to day operations.



Duties included but not limited to arrange delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, deliveries and billing.



WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met



To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside normal working hours



Ensure high level of customer service is emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner



To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement



Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities



Maintain frequent contact with management staff and employees



Review and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on weekly and monthly basis while providing checks and balances on all operation matters



Conduct investigation on KPIs if fail to achieve the target set and/or investigation on customers feedback on any discrepancy pertaining to import and/or export shipments



Manage drivers while conducting weekly / monthly safety & review meetings



To ensure operations are running smoothly on TMS and all system in-use



Prepare invoices and monthly billing reports for timely submission to clients



Any necessary operational job duties to ensure



WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



GCE ' N/ O' Level or equivalent experience or Diploma in Logistics Management



Minimum 1 year of related experience in logistics industry



Computer literate



Competent in Microsoft office skills



Knowlege in Warehouse Management System (WMS)



Experience in the Haulage operations would be desirable
