Group Account Director, Sales
Description
Responsibilities :
- Achieve group sales target set by Mediacorp.
- To lead a team of sales professional, and ensure overall quality of work on team members’ accounts
- Develop and maintain client satisfaction and continuous client relationship building
- Direct sales team members in generating proposals, and leading tailored presentations to clients
- To support and integrate sales strategies and objectives to drive and achieve sales revenue for sectors under his/her care.
- Provide feedback to management on competitive landscape, industry trends and insights
Requirements :
- Degree or equivalent
- 15 years sales experience of which 8-10 years in leading a sales team
- Solid track record
- Good networking and strong relationship with key media players
- Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking with an eye for growth, revenue, and integrated solutioning opportunities
- Good command of English
