About Our ClientOur client is a leading specialist provider in the real estate sector with global presence and properties across several continents. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join the collaborative team with exposure to SEA portfolio.
- Responsible in preparation of consolidation reports accordance to SFRS and IFRS requirements
- Handling the management and statutory reports required by external stakeholders/regulations
- Perform monthly reviews of the group\'s financial performance and report findings to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and advisors on group financial reporting activities.
- Maintain awareness of relevant accounting standards and listing requirements.
- Prepare and liaise with the corporate secretary for electronic financial reporting submissions.
- Maintain the group\'s consolidation software.
- Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, ACCA or related field
- Individuals from external audit environment or possess ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines will be beneficial
- Resourceful and takes initiative
- Self-driven with strong sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good time management and able to work under time pressure
- Experience in ERP systems such as Oracle, Navision will be beneficial
