Group Accountant (Consolidation & FP&A)
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Group Accountant to manage Group consolidation and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) in a fast-paced start-up environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial reporting processes, influence business decisions, and work closely with the leadership team in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate elimination of intercompany balances.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for management.
• Collaborate with subsidiary local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations to support growth initiatives and investment decisions.
• Engage directly with external auditors and tax consultants during audit or compliance exercises.

Talent Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA is a plus.
5-8 years in consolidation accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting, preferably in a start-up, scale-up, or fast-growing environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and consolidation processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel-based financial modelling.
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
