Group Accountant

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of accounting duties of the owned hotels;
- Prepare monthly and periodic accounting & group management reports;
- Provide in depth analysis of the operations and financials of hotels owned by the group;
- Prepare & submit corporate tax, GST and annual return;
- Coordinate with hotels in monthly management reports and statutory reporting for the Group
- Monitor bank facility covenants and liaise with banks and treasury for all banking related matters
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary
- Assist & advise on hotels’ accounting issues;
- Assist in preparation of annual budget;
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA preferably with some audit experience
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Must have good knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Self-motivated, meticulous and analytical
- Committed individual who is able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in property/hospitality industry is preferred
