Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for timely and accurate group consolidated reporting for the Group in accordance with IFRS.
Review & analyse on monthly financial results of the subsidiaries & Group.
Liaise with subsidiaries to prepare monthly and yearly reporting pack to meet group reporting requirements and deadlines.
Prepare company periodic announcements and yearly reporting to SGX.
Support annual budgets, rolling forecast, planning & analysis of reports.
Handle external and internal audit and statutory matters
Ensure compliance with local regulations
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy/ CPA/ ACCA/ CA with experience in handling group consolidation and working in an SGX listed company
Familiar with SGX periodical financial results announcement
Candidates with audit experience preferred
Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills and be analytical, independent, and proactive
Able to communicate with management and all levels throughout the business
Hands on, independent, self-motivated and committed with sense of urgency
Able to work under pressure
