About Our Client
Our client is a well-established financial services company based in Singapore. They provide a range of finance services and has strong presence in Singapore and Malaysia. They are committed to providing transparent and reliable financial services to their customers while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Prepare group consolidation and conduct thorough financial analytical review
- Collaborate with finance leads in subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reporting packs
- Prepare monthly Group management reporting pack and presentation deck
- Ensure reconciliation of monthly intercompany balances by working closely with subsidiaries\' finance leads
- Supervise the month-end closing processes for holding company and various investment subsidiaries
- Prepare Group budgeting and forecasting
- Compile board decks, SGX announcements, and Annual report
- Generate group financial statements
- Provide assistance in coordinating Board meetings
- Collaborate with external auditors, corporate secretarial agents, and share registrar
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in financial consolidation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Meticulous and able to multitask
