:Details of the Division and Team:The Global Real Estate (GRE) Division\xe2\x80\x99s primary objective is to manage the real estate portfolio of Deutsche Bank inclusive of procurement, operations, and strategic planning. As part of these objectives, you will be responsible for leading regional the Project Governance Office (PGO) activities within the GRE Projects space.The Project Governance Office is responsible for maintaining and assuring compliance with the global Project Governance Manual and Real Estate Policies. Report monthly on the Regional Rolling Capital PlanManage stakeholders for diligent preparation of the Regional Real Estate business cases (T-Minus process)Ensure the regional team delivers client defined reporting (Project Status Reports, Governance trackers) in a manner that is punctual and free of errors.Your skills and experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Governance Assurance in Real Estate / Construction projectsProven experience in implementing appropriate risk management and governance controls across Global Real Estate workspace and Real Estate Projects in particularCommunication skills and relationship management, and ability to be clear, concise and focused, being able to tailor the message for the audience.Proven knowledge and in-depth understanding of Real Estate / Construction Project delivery and processBachelor\'s or Master\'s degree or MBA (or comparable degree) from a recognized college or university (or comparable institution)Experienced leadership skills, with the ability of communicating a vision and clear guidance.Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools and systems.Stakeholder Management: Develops, promotes and maintains strong, productive working relationships at senior levels and within the GRE Service Delivery Platform.Qualification in project management; APM/ PRINCE (or similar) - A thorough understanding of project management processesRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
