Group Corporate Safety Intern (Sep 2023 - Feb 2024)

Intern will support to Corporate Safety department in the following activities:

• Administration of the Speak Up Programme & SATS Vaccination Tracking and reporting

• Data reconciliation and analytics for dashboards

• Digitization projects which includes design input, data reconciliation, user acceptance test and change management

• Attend meetings to report status when required

• Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders

• Design and creation of Safety Promotion materials and simple training guides

• Assist to monitor implementation plan, and Preparation and submission of reports,

• Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders

• Conduct workshops, trainings, campaigns in relation to programme

• Design and creation of Safety Promotion materials and simple training guides

Requirements:

• Positive Safety attitude

• Willingness to comply to all safety protocols as required in the duties

• PC Literate and comfortable using app/simple software applications

• Willingness to work in Changi North Crescent

• Good communication (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Aviation /Working experience in Airport/Airside preferred

• The duration can be 6 months. ( or around 1 semester)

• Undergraduates from these academic fields preferred; Aviation, Security, Safety or Mass Communication/Communication studies, Business Management
