Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Assist Capital Markets Strategy & Execution as required

Support full-cycle capital operations: Assist Chief Strategy & Capital Officer in designing financing/investment strategies, facilitating annual audits and industry outlook & operational analysis for annual/interim reports.





Enable strategic M&A: Support Chief Strategy & Capital Officer in screening AI-enabled healthcare targets, execute financial due diligence, and advance post-acquisition integration





Pioneer innovative capital instruments: Support to design healthcare data RWA (Real-World Asset) tokenization pathways with Chief Strategy & Capital Officer, structure royalty-based financing solutions, and align audit communications for accurate financial reporting.

Assist Healthcare Sub-Brand 0-to-1 Ecosystem Construction

Support profitability modeling/analysis: Support to develop incubation, M&A, or spin-off models with pre-engineered interfaces for future independent fundraising, conducting project-basis financial analysis as needed.





Support TP transactions: Assist in designing business models and pricing analyses for TP transactions between medical sub-brand and existing businesses, and cooperate with agents to prepare transfer pricing reports and contemporaneous documents (if required).

Operational Excellence Acceleration

Support streamline cash flow strategy: Architect supply chain finance credit models with Chief Strategy & Capital Officer to accelerate cash conversion cycles; implement multi-currency hedging instruments with banks to mitigate FX volatility.





Process re-engineering: Partner with Finance, Legal & HR departments to map group-wide financial workflows, operational processes, and staffing structures, eliminate redundancies through continuous monitoring, and deploy SOPs for best practices.





Cross-functional decision synergy: Support establish Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) to clarify roles, streamline communications, and deploy integrated critical information synchronization frameworks.
