Our client is a Japanese MNC petrochemical company

Responsibilities:

Financial controlling and hands-on quarterly, half-yearly and annual report preparation
Handle tax queries (Corporate income tax, property tax, withholding tax), ACAP/ASK and DTA and MTA
Liaise with IRAS and MIRB officers for Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia tax
FATCA and OFAC obligation and CBCR
Internal controls (including, but not limited to drafting and updating)
Banking transactions processing and approval, responding to banking queries and contractual negotiations
Consolidation, including joint ventures, non-controlling interests and associates.
Fixed asset and deferred tax management (

10,000 lines) * Financial statements preparation (word and excel) and audit sub-schedules preparation
