Imperium Commodity Search is seeking a Group Finance Manager in partnership with an established Global commodity trading firm with International coverage of the Bunker, Marine Fuels, Lubricants and Cargo space. Due to recent growth Internationally, the company is currently Group Finance Manager to oversee the internal finance department liaising with the credit and risk divisions. Ability to produce reports to the CEO and stakeholders of the groups multiple business lines. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the finance department producing formal financial reports for the group to the senior management and stakeholders within the group.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting for the international group liaising with external auditors and other 3rd parties.
• Establish strategies for the group's investments activities in coordination with department heads advising on various financial structures.
• Enhance and strengthen the internal control systems and process improvement tools throughout the global business.
• Maintain close relations with the local and international banks, maintaining a positive financial representation of the group accounts overseeing cash flow.

Experience:

• 5 years' experience in a finance management role.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field of study.
• Understanding of international business structure from a financial perspective.
• Confident in production financial reports and forecasts presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ability to work within time constraints with an eye for detail and quality.
