Role Summary

Our client is a leading real estate investment and asset management company with a strong presence across Asia and globally diversified portfolios. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking to hire a Group Finance Manager to join their corporate finance team on a

2-year contract

. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to financial planning, enterprise risk management, and internal stakeholder support across investment and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial and compliance support for interested party transactions (IPTs) across business clusters Collaborate with the Business Development team to support investment and strategic initiatives Manage foreign exchange exposure and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to enterprise risk management frameworks and internal control policies Oversee accurate and timely preparation of consolidated monthly financial accounts Review and enforce compliance with Group Accounting Policies and Reporting Guidelines Evaluate and implement relevant updates from new accounting standards or regulatory changes Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities across various business clusters Conduct variance analysis and provide management insights on forecast vs budget vs actuals

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA Singapore) At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or fund management sectors Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data effectively Demonstrated integrity, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with Oracle and IBM Cognos Controller is an advantage
