As a group class coach at HQTC, you'll bring your energy to the forefront, leading dynamic group sessions that motivate members to push harder, move better, and feel stronger. We're hiring:

Group Class Coaches

You're the one who commands the room, sets the tone, and keeps the energy high.

What you'll do:

- Run the room. Coach powerful, high-energy group sessions that leave people sweaty, smiling, and proud of themselves.

- Be a coach, not just a trainer. Motivate, educate, and inspire both on and off the floor. You're not just helping them move better, you're helping them live better.

- Build the community. Know names, give high-fives, and make the studio feel like a second home.

- Keep it safe & inclusive. Proper form, smart modifications, and an atmosphere where beginners and athletes alike feel confident.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $450.00 - $900.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
