Our client an international private equity firm with an enviable and growing portfolio is looking to appoint their first Group Head of Performance and Rewards into the parent company. This is a career defining opportunity, to join a market leading leadership team, partnering closely with the board, c-suite and companies within the portfolio as they continue their exciting chapter of growth (largely through M&A), investment and integration, realizing synergies and efficiencies across a number of legal entities spread internationally.Job descriptionIn this highly desirable greenfield role, reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, working closely with the c-suite as the lead for all things Performance & Reward, this individual will be responsible for defining performance management from scratch across the group, setting KPI\xe2\x80\x99s to enable the company to define and measure performance.This individual will design the group reward strategy and reward programmes. They will also operate as a SME for the various bespoke complex management incentives, therefore this individual needs this to be highly meticulous with numbers and data surrounding equity plans, shares and the equivalent. You will lead annual performance and reward processes group wide including salary and bonus review, rolling out the performance and reward priorities to the respective entities that are acquired and integrating them. You will interact directly with the board to share your recommendations and supportive narrative, owning the people and compensation data. You will also be comfortable operating in a slightly broader role due to the lean Group HR structure, as the go-to for the leadership team on the ground in Singapore from an HR perspective, due to the Group CPO being based in another location. This individual will ultimately enjoy operating in a strategic role while also being able to deep dive into the granular details from a group and broader entity perspective operating as a internal consultant and trusted advisor on all things Performance and Reward, with a passion for providing a best in class service.The successful candidateThis individual will have a track record ideally operating within non listed management owned equity firms, and/or PE firm with complex international portfolio\xe2\x80\x99s cross a number of international markets. They must be comfortable partnering directly with the board and c-suite, operating in a strategic and operational role in an individual contributor capacity, but also influencing and executing across the broader group.
