We are pleased to partner a leading wealth/asset management group to appoint a strategic Human Resources (HR) Analytics Specialist that will operate at Group level. With vision to become one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most trusted financial investors, the client is guided by the values of operational excellence and integrity. Such tenets also extend internally, which explains why they are looking for an adept HR practitioner who can utilise data meaningfully to improve employee experience as well as enable senior leaders (within and beyond HR) to make grounded decisions. This is an individual contributor role based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Head of HR Analytics, the successful individual will be responsible for enabling business and organisational growth through HR/People data. Strategically, you will work closely with stakeholders within and beyond HR (e.g. HRBP, CoE, Finance,) and serve in the capacity of an internal consultant. This goes beyond identifying observable trends (descriptive analytics), but also conveying key complications (diagnostic analytics) and proposing recommendations (predictive and prescriptive analytics) in an intelligible manner. On the operations front, the HR Analytics Business Partner acts as a data steward insofar as s/he will monitor and collaborate with the related departments to ensure the accuracy and currency of people data, as well as determine its relevance to driving business strategies/solutions.

This role will undoubtedly require candidates who are familiar with the major HR Information Systems, data reporting metrics and visualisation software on the market (e.g. Successfactors, Tableau). Aside from possessing the requisite expertise to analyse complex data and translate them into organisational goals, being able to communicate these sophisticated information into comprehensible, actionable ideas is an equally important endeavour. Finally since this is a global-spanning role, you should bring with you the ability to empathise and collaborate with stakeholders holding different functional profiles and sitting in different offices.
