• Leading healthcare/ medical services corporate firm
• Permanent headcount based in Singapore
• Group level HR, specializing in advancing group-level initiatives in Total Rewards, L&D, HR systems implementation

Responsibilities:

• Bring strategic oversight and execution at the group level, aligning regional entities
• Drive cohesion across entity-level HR teams and advancing group-level initiatives/ strategies in Total Rewards, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR systems implementation
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Lead group-wide implementation and optimisation of HRIS platforms such as Workday or similar systems
• Collaborate with country-level HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies, frameworks, and HR practices across the group
• Monitor and analyse HR metrics at the group level to inform leadership decisions and track initiative effectiveness
• Able to support other functions such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement where needed

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Group HR Manager in a multi-entity or regional setup
• Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Total Rewards or L&D
• Team player, family culture
• Sector knowledge not mandatory, but good to have
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
• Ability to work across cultures and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organisation
