My client, a market leader in pharmaceutical industry, is looking out for a Group IT Applications Director to support their growth in Singapore Head Office. The incumbent will be tasked to spearhead the successful alignment of business and IT for the company. The incumbent would be expected to acheive the following and possess the skills as mentioned:
Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators
1) Application Management
- Application licence and service management \xe2\x80\x93 understand the applications that require licencing and service management. This will involve working with service providers and software vendors to ensure licences are purchased or maintained in an effective way and that services are being provided in line with agreed contractual terms.
- Deliver effective governance, including management of change control, ticket and queue management, and maintenance of work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
2) IT Business Analysis
- Guide business analysis alongside the IT functional system owners and Business stakeholders and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations for computer system validation. This is achieved by following the established operating model and documents templates for applicable systems already in use in company.
3) People and Organisation Management
- Develop and assess ongoing employee performance, providing constructive feedback and improvement action plans/personal development plans.
- Manage team/employee adherence to compliance, policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

- Leading and managing teams (Essential)
- Experience in IT project management (Desirable)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills and maturity
