Description

CMB aspires to be our customer main bank in terms of operational reliance (securing both the operating account and operating asset) as well as advisory support. We expand share of wallet through the cross-selling of a wide range of loan products (including Trade, Contract Financing, Business Venture Loans, Regional financing) as well as non-loan products such as Treasury and Cash Management solutions. CMB support the lifecycle growth of the company with the seamless transition of the Customers across to EB Middle Market segment.

Responsibilities

  • To lead a team of Relationship Managers (RM)
  • Proactively establish, deepen and maintains a portfolio of SMEs in mid-market segment.
  • Able to coach and motivate the team to achieve optimal share of wallet on customer relationships and manage the portfolio within the Bank's risk appetite.
  • You will need to maximize the team productivity in portfolio management, identify cross-sell opportunities, develop new business accounts and generate revenue growth for the business unit.
  • You should be target oriented with a focus on building long lasting customer relationships.
  • Able to contribute to overall strategy formulation of the Business Unit by applying your market knowledge, competitor analysis and innovative ideas.
Qualifications

Requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales - preferably possess some management/team lead experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective management skills with strong leadership qualities
  • Possess initiative, drive and collaborative spirit
