This role would suit an energetic self-starter who is results-oriented and target-driven. You\'ll have a strong focus on internal and external relationship-building to help grow the PropertyGuru partner ecosystem and act as our trusted brand ambassador in the marketplace.Responsibilities:

  • Opening up new partnership opportunities with prospective partners and sales channels
  • Researching organizations and individuals to uncover new opportunities, including scoping out new markets and leveraging your network and industry events to expand opportunities
  • Preparing sales presentations, quotes and responsible for sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Post-acquisition customer success and long-term relationship management - training partners and helping them integrate and adjust them to the company standards
  • Responsible for renewals and upselling of existing partners
Requirements:
  • Good mix of a hunter and farmer approach to business development / sales
  • Preferable to have channel partner or direct business development experience from the internet / technology industry
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients
  • Results-oriented, target-driven and ambitious
  • Strong relationship and rapport building skills
  • Proactive self-starter & team player, able to work with minimal supervision
