Group Tax Manager / Senior Manager

Job Description
A well-established multinational with a strong global footprint is looking to hire a Senior Group Tax Manager for its corporate headquarters in Singapore. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading group-wide tax strategy, managing international tax risks, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive global tax governance and risk management frameworks across regional operations
- Provide strategic tax advisory for cross-border structuring, M&A, business planning, and transfer pricing matters
- Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders to identify tax optimization opportunities
- Manage complex tax audits and investigations globally; liaise with tax authorities and external consultants
- Support digitalization and automation of tax reporting processes
- Monitor changes in global tax legislation and assess impact to operations
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional tax accreditation
- Minimum 10-15 years of tax experience, ideally from a mix of Big 4 and large corporate/international environments
- Deep knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing, and regional tax compliance frameworks
- Strong experience managing tax audits, cross-border structuring, and risk mitigation
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
