DescriptionPosition at GroupMReporting of the roleThis role reports to: Senior Manager, Search3 Best Things About The Job\xc2\xb7 Working in one of the most digitally advanced and forward-thinking media agency that is globally connected\xc2\xb7 Working across a diverse and prestigious set of clients with varying objectives across a mix of performance channels.\xc2\xb7 Develop your search skill set with exposure to planning, execution and optimisation process within the search environment.Measures of success -In Three Months\xc2\xb7 Understand client\'s business goals and marketing objectives and understand the role SEM plays to drive their business forward.\xc2\xb7 Great understanding of best practices and audit process to deliver best in class campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Ad copy management - Reviewing ad copy performance and provide improvisationsIn Six Months\xc2\xb7 Continually building test and learn frameworks across all SEM campaigns, ensuring tests reach significance where possible and learnings / next steps are communicated to clients.\xc2\xb7 Strong relationship with your team and senior stakeholders across the business\xc2\xb7 Strong relationship with SEM reps across key partners\xc2\xb7 Contributing to campaign performance to drive continued efficiencies across all campaigns\xc2\xb7 Independently respond to all day-to-day queriesIn 12 Months\xc2\xb7 Contribution to evolving best practices through testing Alphas/Betas.\xc2\xb7 Exceeding client KPIs across all campaigns and growing business revenue through increased billings where possible.\xc2\xb7 Contribution to SEM strategies across new business pitches\xc2\xb7 Assists in the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the groupResponsibilities of The Role\xc2\xb7 Understanding of the relationship between Paid Search and other online and offline marketing activities including natural search and ideas for effective coordination\xc2\xb7 Set-up, monitor, manage and optimise paid search activity\xc2\xb7 Complete daily run rates across a variety of accounts with ongoing commentary and actionable insights\xc2\xb7 Provide on-time reporting to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs\xc2\xb7 Ongoing client servicing including but not limited to optimisation and campaign progress, prompt response to client and internal questions related to paid campaigns.\xc2\xb7 Ongoing SEM strategy development and implementation\xc2\xb7 Prepare and present strategic media recommendations to client and agency management, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and provide analysis and projections to support recommendations\xc2\xb7 Design and implement or oversee implementation of single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency\xc2\xb7 Supervise the implementation of all biddable media campaignsWhat You Will Need\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years\' experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEM\xc2\xb7 Google Ads Search & Google Ads Fundamentals Certification\xc2\xb7 Experience in running high-volume campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, App, Video, etc.), Bing Ads, and Apple Search Strategic mindset to building and deliver bid strategies and attribution models across Search Ads 360, Kenshoo etc.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience of on-going campaign optimisation to improve business objectives, such as ROAS and CPA. Able to deliver across a range of touch points; sales, store visits, online submissions, downloads etc\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around data, insights and actions\xc2\xb7 Great presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports\xc2\xb7 Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills\xc2\xb7 Show ability in training and leadership capability\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their businessMore About Our CompanyWe are a media services company that accelerates growth for our clients.
