What You'll Be Doing
Own ROI-driven growth across onshore regions, developing and executing performance marketing strategies focused on measurable return from online paid channels.
Lead a data-first, experimental growth agenda across channels: paid search, paid social, programmatic display, video, affiliates, and emerging ad platforms.
Partner with analytics, creative, and regional marketing teams to build and optimize full-funnel campaigns from awareness through conversion and retention.
Design scalable media investment frameworks and attribution models to monitor and maximize marketing efficiency across geographies.
Collaborate with product, data science, and finance teams to align marketing spend with business KPIs (ROI, CPA).
Mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Localize global campaigns for US and EEA markets - tailoring messages, channels, and creatives to resonate with diverse regional audiences while ensuring brand consistency.
Maintain compliance with onshore advertising and financial promotion regulations in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
Continuously monitor and report on paid performance, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform optimizations and strategic pivots.
What We Look For In You
10+ years of experience in digital acquisition or growth, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech industries.
Proven track record of delivering strong ROI from multi-million dollar paid ad budgets across multiple online channels.
Deep understanding of growth analytics, including attribution modeling and performance forecasting.
Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSP, Tiktok Ads, Tableau, and Appsflyer.
Data-driven and hypothesis-led - comfortable diving deep into CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort performance metrics.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on executional excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Prior experience developing tailored go-to-market strategies for US and EEA users is highly preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated financial, crypto, or digital asset environments.
Previous leadership at a growth-stage or publicly listed tech company.
Background in performance-driven creative strategy or lifecycle optimization.
Passion for finance, innovation, and the intersection of tech and marketing analytics.
