Created with innovation as an objective, the Digital Business department drives product innovation, explores new business models and is deeply concerned with optimising digital customer journeys.Within the department, the Growth Experience team oversees those digital journeys. As owners of the corporate website, customer portal and mobile app, we drive seamless and delightful digital journeys and experiences, helping customers find what they need and giving them more control over their insurance matters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:We are seeking a proactive Growth Experience Executive (Contract) to join the Growth Experience Team, for a period of 12 months.In this role, you\'ll be actively involved in day-to-day work on our corporate website, customer web portal and mobile app, with the objective of driving the best digital journeys across Income\'s properties. You\'ll be embedded in well-established agile squads and work closely with a range of functions within Income, including IT, Marketing and Operations.

• Hands-on work as part of the My Income app & corporate web development teams, including:

• User story writing
• UI/UX design
• Testing and validating of builds
• Management and setup of promotional campaigns
• Working with the app tech team to resolve user issues and complaints
• Working closely with the corporate website product owner and development team in:

• Optimising existing webpage templates for better user experience
• Tech SEO and Core Web Vitals improvements
• Assistance with campaigns and initiatives to drive use of our digital platforms
• Analysis and reporting of performance metrics across platforms
• Any other tasks or projects involving Digital Experiences as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:The ideal candidate should:

• Have 2+ years\' experience in digital product development or testing
• Be comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Be familiar with tools like Google Analytics. Familiarity with Firebase, Appsflyer and/or platform content management systems are a plus
• Have good communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues and collaborate effectively
• Be curious and proactive, eager to ask why and suggest alternatives
• Be analytical, like solving puzzles, finding better ways to do things
• Be versatile, able to juggle multiple projects at once

A degree in marketing/business or any related discipline would be preferred.
