Key Responsibilities:
1. Facebook Ads Management - Plan, launch and optimise targeted as campaigns that generate high-quality leads
2. Engaging Copywriting - Write clear, persuasive, relevant copy that resonates with our audience and drives action
3. Market & Competitor Research - Stay ahead of the curve by identifying new opportunities through research and trend analysis
4. Campaign Optimisation - Track campaign performance and make strategic adjustments to improve results and reduce costs
5. A/B Testing - Test different versions of ads to learn what works best and improve over time
6. Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and goals
7. Performance Reporting - Share insights, track lead generation metrics and recommend next steps for growth
- Ability to create simple graphics or video for ads and outreach posts
- Comfortable working with content for Instagram, TikTok or Facebook
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Undergraduate/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads
