Responsibilities
Facebook Ads Management
: Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
Ad Copywriting
: Craft compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to target audiences.
Market & Competitor Research
: Identify digital trends, emerging channels, and new growth opportunities.
Campaign Optimisation & A/B Testing
: Test creatives, messaging, and formats to boost performance and ROI.
Cross-Team Collaboration
: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
: Analyse KPIs, draw insights, and recommend data-driven strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Basic design/video editing skills (e.g.
Canva, Adobe, CapCut
)
Able to create simple ad visuals or short-form videos for outreach
Familiar with managing content on
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Undergraduate or degree holder in
Marketing, Business, Finance
, or related field
Proven experience
managing and optimising Facebook Ads campaigns
