Job Description

As a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Web3 projects. You will work closely with project owners to understand their objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include designing and executing effective ecosystem growth plans, tracking and reporting on ROI and performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to foster user growth and engagement.

What You Will Do at HeLa Labs?

Project Understanding: Collaborate with project owners to gain a deep understanding of their project goals, target audience, and desired outcomes. Ecosystem Growth Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive ecosystem growth plans that align with project objectives. This includes identifying key growth strategies, channels, and tactics. ROI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and measure the performance of growth initiatives, tracking key metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, and return on investment (ROI). Prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, marketing teams, and community members, to ensure effective collaboration and alignment. User Growth and Engagement: Drive user growth and engagement by leveraging various channels and tactics, such as social media, content marketing, community building, and partnerships.

Our Ideal Candidates Would Have:

Web3 Experience: Proven experience working on Web3 projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications. Marketing Acumen: A solid understanding of marketing principles, including ROI tracking, social media trends, and digital marketing tools. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and the broader community. Problem-Solving: A creative and solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges and driving growth.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

Experience with specific Web3 projects or technologies (e.g., NFTs, DeFi, GameFi) A strong network within the Web3 community Experience with community management and building online communities
