Marketing at Coda

Dive into the exhilarating world of Coda\'s Marketing team, where we elevate Codashop to a world-class gaming brand that captures the hearts of gamers everywhere. Our goal is to enchant customers with captivating activations, enticing offers, and unforgettable experiences that keep them coming back for more.

Along with the rest of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on global marketing campaigns, branding initiatives on social media, engaging with local gaming communities, and collaborating with influencers to produce captivating content. In partnership with game publishers and payment partners, you will design exclusive campaigns and implement effective acquisition and retention strategies, all guided by insightful data and consumer understanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, strategize, and execute engaging CRM campaigns (email, web push, SMS, WhatsApp, Web pop-up etc.) to drive user retention and conversion.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies, optimize onboarding flows, and enhance usage conversion rates to maximize user engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests to fine-tune retention campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and resolve any performance issues.
  • Enhance content and targeting strategies to ensure higher user engagement and an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to coordinate timely campaign launches and ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and proactively recommend new tools and technologies for marketing automation.
  • Define key metrics, measure campaign performance, monitor goals, and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Independently work on CRM campaign conceptualization, design, launch, and campaign reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in email, web push marketing, and user lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2C online business.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale email, SMS, or web push notification campaigns with a focus on user retention and growth.
  • Proficiency in leveraging promotions and activities to effectively retain and retarget user bases.
  • Solid understanding of email, SMS, and web push methodologies, including deliverability best practices.
  • Familiarity with creating email templates using drag and drop builder.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solving orientation and a growth mindset to drive innovative marketing strategies.
  • Should be able to coordinate with cross-functional teams (global marketing, product, engineering, data) to get the job done.
