About the role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by driving consumer demand and subsequently GMV growth. Your strategic vision and marketing expertise will be essential in crafting effective campaigns that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable results. From ideation to managing execution, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand and making a significant impact on the success of our merchants and ultimately Oddle.

What you\'ll do

  • Translate key business objectives into marketing campaigns and key initiatives through Oddle Eats, Oddle Feeds, Facebook ads, partnerships, external media and others
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive customer acquisition/reactivation/retention: identify and segment target audiences, determine their needs and preferences, and create campaigns that will effectively reach and engage them
  • Manage campaigns and budgets: ensure that marketing campaigns are executed within budget and as per timeline, and that the budget is allocated in the most effective way possible
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness: regularly monitor and analyze the performance and results of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results, and use data to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work with other teams including Account Managers, Product, Data and others to drive towards success of initiatives that is aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors and agencies, as needed
  • Hire, build and manage a high-performing Marketing team
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior: stay informed of industry trends and changes in consumer behaviors to remain ahead of the competition and make informed marketing decisions

Who we\'re looking for

  • 4-6 years of experience as a result-driven digital/growth marketer in a tech company, with a proven track record in managing successful B2C campaigns
  • 2-3 years of experience in the management role with the ability to hire, manage and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels such as content marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, SEM, Facebook ads, social media platforms among others
  • Familiar with digital marketing analytics tools and tracking mechanisms such as Cookies, UTM, Pixels, Google Analytics, etc
  • Experience in building CRM programs set up from scratch and familiarity with tools like customer.io is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to gain a deep understanding of business, assess and quantify the commercial implications of marketing decisions
  • Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and sound ability to make data-driven decisions
  • A strong leader who is able to drive ideas & actions, build and lead a high-performing team
