We're now expanding our marketing team and were looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Youll play a crucial role in building up HeyMax content, driving organic engagement, and ensuring our marketing operations run smoothly. What Youll Do
Acquisition & Reach

• Own the social growth engine end-to-end from ideation to publishing and analytics; lead short-form video content strategy, social posting cadence, channel optimization, community interaction, and real-time trend activation
• Drive SEO-led and GEO-led acquisition, including keyword research, content clustering, topic mapping, SERP optimization, internal linking, and content briefs that rank and convert
• Lead partner co-marketing activation alongside BD: merchant onboarding comms, co-branded asset requirements, joint social drops, newsletter features, landing pages, and amplification loops
• Own lifecycle messaging for re-activation & education, including newsletters, value-education content, loyalty tips, and push campaigns that deepen brand affinity
• Plan and execute full-funnel integrated campaigns: launch hooks, content waves, landing pages, tracking, measurement, and iteration across paid + organic channels
• Collaborate with Paid Lead to maximize creator/UGC output, ensuring scripts, briefs, and content formats align with performance learnings and platform trends

Process & Systems

• Own and maintain the content operating system content calendar, workflow, publishing cadence, asset tagging, and quality checkpoints
• Develop structured creator briefing docs & feedback loops, ensuring UGC, ambassadors, and KOCs deliver on-brand, high-value content consistently
• Continuously translate funnel insights into actions share learnings with product & growth ops, recommend content and messaging changes based on funnel gaps, and turn qualitative user insight into campaigns

Team Execution & Leadership

• Lead and mentor marketer intern / junior marketer; set weekly goals, review deliverables, coach on brand voice + execution quality, and build a culture of speed + learning
