The Growth Business team is a scaled midmarket sales team that is part of TikTok's Global Business Solutions Division. The Partnership Manager role is directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling; a passion for growing revenue; an outstanding ability to set strategic vision; and a willingness to execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and client-facing experience; problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

  • Lead the growth of mid-market clients across priority verticals including but not limited to BFSI, CPG/FMCG, Apps, Beauty, Fashion, Sports, Education, 3C;
  • Lead and coach a team/pod of high performing and commercially driven Partnership Managers of various levels of experience;
  • Define industry strategies and plans to accelerate acquisition and revenue scale;
  • Partner with team-mates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing vertical strategies, synthesizing market related data, defining scaled processes for client analysis and lead solution building for portfolio of clients;
  • Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against account plan;
  • Develop brand marketing approaches for client to leverage TikTok ad solutions, creative approaches, and ad tech infrastructure;
  • Collaborate with x-fn partners to help clients measure impact of marketing and adopt TikTok best practices;
  • Frame client opportunities and challenges to enroll cross-functional support;
  • Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning;
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies;
  • Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team;
  • Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to act as point of contact and deliver collected and consolidated information that prioritizes customer requests;
  • Hone in on relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/roadmap.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field;
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in sales marketing and development, or a sales-related support function, ideally from digital-native or tech industries. Additional experience from other platforms sales and partnership is a big advantage;
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics;
  • Demonstrated experience in working cohesively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a matrixed environment;
  • Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
