We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth & Strategic Projects Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that drive business growth, optimise sales and marketing processes, and strengthen partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and business development -- perfect for someone who thrives on turning ideas into action and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects
Lead and execute cross-functional, high-impact initiatives tied to business growth, go-to-market strategy and operational efficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities and bottlenecks in sales and marketing processes and design data-backed solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to deliver objectives from new initiatives.
Coordinate and run onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for the design, sales and project management teams.
Design and implement tracking mechanisms to measure impact of strategic initiatives.
Partnerships & Event Management
Lead the planning and execution of sales events to drive sales outcomes (e.g. coordinate logistics, sales team scheduling, liaising with external parties etc.)
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships that support business growth and/or lead acquisition.
Build and maintain partner relationships, collaborating on co-marketing, co-selling, and product integration efforts.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic partnerships or business development
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to manage external partnerships, from initiation through execution and reporting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership.
