Responsibilities



As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

As an intern, you will support the team in the following areas:

1. Strategy Support:

Assist in analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and contribute to building strategy frameworks.

2. Algorithm Collaboration:

Work with algorithm engineers to support the testing and rollout of models, helping to define and track performance metrics.

3. Business Analysis:

Help understand growth challenges in different markets and support the development of localized strategy solutions.

4. Experimentation & Optimization:

Participate in designing A/B tests and analyzing results to validate strategies and quantify impact.



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or a related field. Interest in algorithm-driven growth strategies. Interest in collaborating with algorithm and data teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cross-disciplinary background (STEM & Business) is a plus. Prior internship or project experience in internet companies (e.g., E-commerce) is preferred. Exposure to growth, subsidies, or ROI-related projects is beneficial.
