Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.Job Family Description -Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.Key AccountabilitiesSales & Client ServiceMaintain and grow the clientele base by active engagement and excellent client service by active client engagement and regular communicationPlay an active role as Brand Ambassador by inculcating the brand vision to instill consumer brand loyaltyProactive achievement of monthly sales objectivesFollow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and independentlyOffer exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needsTake a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category informationExercise team work and collaboration to ensure that client needs are placed at top priorityOperationsAdhere to all in-store SOPsAssist with cashiering and daily closing settlementStocks receiving and packing in the respective categories assignedAll other related duties as assigned by the Store ManagerInventory ControlConduct category scans for inventory purposesAssist with stock maintenance and cycle countsReplenishment of display merchandise as requiredKey RequirementsMinimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity from the retail or service industry preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashionCustomer service oriented and driven in salesIndependent individual with strong decision making skillsInquisitive mindset with the ability to engagePassionate in growing a career within the luxury fashion industryJob Type RegularStart Date 2024-06-30Schedule Full timeOrganization Gucci Singapore
