Provides guidance and support to our business. Contributes to and supports business growth at different levels, from the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan to general administrative assistance.
Job Family Description -General Management Support:
Provides specialised guidance or support to our managers and employees. Assists in day-to-day office requirements. Manages our company's general administrative activities.
Sub-Job Family Description - Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant:
Provides office administrative support for a middle to upper-level management position.

  • Manage extensive travel arrangements for the President (covering South Asia & Pacific and Korea markets) and other travellers (including department managers and ad hoc travel staff)
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation slides and reports
  • Compile sales reports, travel related expenses, claims and invoices
  • In-charge of stationery and pantry requisition
  • Follow up with contractors, vendors and building management on office and boutique renovation, leases etc
  • Support organization of company events such as Family Day and Dinner & Dance
  • Supervise Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant
  • Ad-hoc administrative support and office management duties
