What You'll Be Doing

Create the first impression

Welcome guests with genuine warmth and confidence Engage with customers so they feel recognised and appreciated

Be the menu expert

Share recommendations, highlight specials, and explain dishes in a friendly, natural way Answer questions with patience and clarity

Deliver smooth, attentive service

Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately Coordinate timing with the kitchen to keep things flowing

Keep the space polished

Maintain a clean, inviting dining area at all times Clear, reset, and prepare tables quickly and neatly

Support team operations

Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless service cycle Step in where needed to keep the shift running smoothly
