We're looking for a

Guest Relations Associate

to join our front-of-house team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest.

What You'll Do

Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries smoothly Coordinate seating and guest flow for a seamless dining experience Recognize and personalize service for returning guests Partner with your team to uphold high service standards Handle guest feedback with grace and a solutions-focused mindset Step in to support other front-of-house tasks when needed

Who You Are

Friendly, confident, and composed A natural people person with strong communication skills Service-oriented, proactive, and a true team player Previous F&B or hospitality experience is a plus, but not a must

Base salary of $2,500 - $3,100/month

Take-Home Potential:

Up to $4,000++ with bonuses, OT, and allowances
