Your primary job scope will be: Singapore Michelin Plate awarded restaurant is now evolving to a new form. We are looking for a new crew who will be responsible for the excellent guest experience. Your primary job scope will be: 1) Manage guest reservations 2) Manage customer Q&A 3) Give presentation during the dining hours to the guests 4) Manage VIP Customers relations Requirements: 1) Excellent writing/speaking communication skills in English 2) Passion and willingness to put effort into learning new things 3) Basic skills in using the computer (email, MS Word, Excel) 4) Basic knowledge of various kinds of SNS (Facebook, Instagram)
