The Orchard Singapore, a member of Millennium & Copthorne International - a dynamic, global hotel group with properties in major gateway cities and operating more than 120 hotels worldwide, is looking The Orchard Singapore, a member of Millennium & Copthorne International - a dynamic, global hotel group with properties in major gateway cities and operating more than 120 hotels worldwide, is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals for the following position:- Guest Experience Manager Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to:- Assist in preparing and handling Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell for VIPs with the support of the Front Office Team Perform front office check-in and out duties as well as lobby management when required Manage guest requests and enquiries professionally to ensure seamless staying experience Engage guests and manage on online platforms responses Be the main point of contact and coordination within operational departments on guests feedback and events coordination Be engaged and facilitate meetings related to guests' experience as required Assist in organising and implementing guest events and programmes that engage guests Good cultural and overseas exposure Multilingual in various international languages will be advantageous Requirements: The incumbent is preferred to have a track record of at least one year of work experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry. To be energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. To be adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements. Knowledge of Opera System would be added advantage.
