Job Description
- Responsible for meet and greet services
- Anticipate customers\' needs and respond appropriately
- Assist customers with service requirements, including Wi-Fi and shower facilities
- Ensure that all supplies and amenities are offered and replenished
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Ensure proper labelling, dating and refrigeration of food items
- Follow drink SOP & prepare and serve hot beverages
- Ensure that the BAC is well-stocked to receive customers and careful management of inventory and par levels
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work area
- Liaise with third party vendors/service providers
- Comfortable with rotating shift work (4 days work week)
- Friendly & approachable
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Education qualification: Minimum \'O\' Level
- Night Shift Allowance S$15/day
- Sign on Bonus (Join before 30th June 2023) : Up to $3,000 (Upon completion of 2 years) Paid training provided
- Staff Transport (Comfort Delgro Cabcharge) - Eligible for any shift hours, to and from
- Rotating roaster basis: 2 Shifts (Timings are subjected to changes):
- Shift Timings: 0530-1730 or 1030-2230
- May need report early early/end late due to adhoc flights
