Guest Relations Executive Salary: $3000 - $4000 Working hours: 5 days Working Location: Battery Road (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place) Job Scope: * Assign guests to tables, maximising utilisation o Guest Relations Executive Salary: $3000 - $4000 Working hours: 5 days Working Location: Battery Road (Nearest MRT: Raffles Place) Job Scope: Assign guests to tables, maximising utilisation of the space to the best advantage Ensure every guest is greeted warmly, seated promptly, and well attended to Work with Manager to receive and coordinate all reservations and special requests Receive and act on feedback from all guests Prepare monthly report of guest comments, guest list, and report to assist business decisions Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence Job Requirements: At least 1 year of F&B experience Prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous Team player Customer service-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
