Modern European Restaurant & Bar in Boat Quay is actively seeking out dynamic individuals to join the team for the following position: GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE Scope of work: - greet guests at Re Modern European Restaurant & Bar in Boat Quay is actively seeking out dynamic individuals to join the team for the following position: GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE Scope of work: - greet guests at Restaurant entrance and arrange entry/seating for them. - explain Restaurant menu concept and ongoing promotions. - check and update Reservation book daily. - answer calls made to Restaurant daily and secure reservations as needed. - make rounds to check on guests, ensuring they are fully taken care of and get feedbacks for overall Restaurant performance. - assist Manager in running of food/drink orders to tables when necessary. - any other tasks required by Operations Manager. Admin tasks (For Full timers ONLY): - assist Manager to compile invoices for data entry. - actively participate in Marketing meetings and working closely with Head of Marketing. Working hours: - 5.5 days work week (Full time), 3pm to 11pm - 4 days a week (Part time), 5pm - 10.30pm - basic admin duty experience, willing to learn. - basic Guest Relations/Door Host experience, willing to learn. - available immediately/at short notice.
