Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in/check-out process Respond promptly and courteously to guest queries and requests Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness and organisation in all guest-facing areas Assist with luggage handling, room allocations, and other front desk duties Communicate effectively with the wider hotel team to ensure guest needs are met Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by guests Promote the hotel's facilities, services and special offers to guests Contribute to a positive and welcoming team environment

Previous experience

in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry Strong

interpersonal and communication skills

to interact with guests and colleagues Ability to

multitask and prioritise

to provide efficient and attentive service Excellent

problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Passion for delivering

exceptional customer service

Flexible and able to work

shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Proficient in

English

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,300.00 per month
