Attend to phone inquiries and ensure all reservations are confirmed
Maintain good guest relations at all times
Attend to the needs of the customers professionally
Ensure daily operations in Front Office run smoothly
Positive attitude with an outgoing personality
Well-groomed and takes pride in looking good
Great communication and excellent customer service skills
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
