Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Handling room reservations and cancellations.
Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby and reception area.
Monitoring the lobby and ensuring the security of the hotel.
Other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Customer service oriented.
