Job Description


  • Process all guest check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key.
  • Handle all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Attend to all check-out, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Provide guests with directions and information regarding property and areas of interest.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Ensure guests’ requests and queries are attended to promptly, politely and efficiently.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained and strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
