Guest Service Assistant/Executive/Duty Manager (up to $4300) X10 - FF1

• Work Location: Sentosa/Central/Changi
• Work Day: 5 days
• Working Hour: Rotating Shifts
• Basic $1700 - $3200
• Incentive + AWS + PB

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Assistant Manager/Executive
• Maintaining good guest relationship
• Requisite And keep stock of promotional material for daily operations
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries
• Responsible for the proper, efficient, and profitable functioning of the Hotel
• Assist to inspect rooms assigned to VIPs before their arrival. Meet and escort the VIPs to their rooms and ensure that the complimentary amenities are provided
• Ensure that GM, Secretary, Sales and other relevant Departments are informed of the VIPs
• Maintain cash float amount in accordance with expected occupancy.
