Job Description

• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (Include meal break)
• Morning, Noon, Night (Rotating, timing depends on hotel)
• $2000 - $2800
• Competitive salary package
• Location: Islandwide, 4-5 stars Hotel setting

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provided courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests\' complaints, requests and enquiries
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests\' arrivals and departures
• Establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and renders assistance when necessary
• Make courtesy calls to guests
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries

Requirement

• Experience in hotel receptionist experience is a plus
