FAMOUS PALACE A new dining concept by Famous Dining Group, presenting scrumptious Nanyang Cuisine amidst a beautiful golf course at Seletar Country Club!
We are seeking for Service Staff/ Guest Relations Officer. Your primary role shall be guest relations. However, you are expected to assist teammates with service duties where necessary.
- Greet and coordinate the seating of guests, and assign guests to tables suitable to the size of each group.
- Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the Chef about the particular guest\xe2\x80\x99s preferences.
- Ensure guests\xe2\x80\x99 requests are not delayed.
- Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
