Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Job Duties and Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Handle daily Ranger Buddy operations, including sales, record-keeping, inventory checks/ control, and equipment preparation.xc2xb7 Manage redemptions (programs & rewards) and any other relevant inventory.xc2xb7 Provide information to guests on enquiries, applicable to both Ranger Buddy and general Mandai Wildlife Reserves offerings.xc2xb7 Maintain general cleanliness of work area.xc2xb7 Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent guest service.xc2xb7 Proactive approach to engage guests as a brand ambassador, promoting the Ranger Buddy products.xc2xb7 Address and resolve guest concerns.xc2xb7 Support crowd control efforts and queue managementxc2xb7 Any other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:xc2xb7 Minimum GCE 'N' Levelxc2xb7 Preferably with prior customer service/hospitality experiencexc2xb7 Enjoys interacting with childrenxc2xb7 Service-driven positive attitude with an outgoing personalityxc2xb7 Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays.xc2xb7 Able to stand for long hours, in both indoor and outdoor environmentShortlisted applicants will be allocated to the different parks accordingly.Specialization : Indoor Attractions
